| 摘 要： | 在履行大学使命的过程中,大学校长扮演着十分重要的角色.美国学者罗伯特·伯恩鲍姆把高等学校归纳概括为四种基本的组织运行模式学会组织模式、官僚组织模式、政党组织模式、无政府组织模式.分析发现,与这四种大学组织运行模式相对应的存在四种类型的大学校长"学术型"校长、"管理型"校长、"政治型"校长与"领袖型"校长.

| Abstract: | The president plays an important role in the implementation of university activities.An American scholar Robert Birnbaum classified higher institutions into four basic organizational running models: Academy model,bureaucracy model,party model,and anarchy model.By analyzing the four modes,the author discusses that there are four related working styles of university president: academic style;management style;politician style and leader style. |
