| 摘 要： | 基于已有的产业集群理论基础,通过调查研究和运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)、专家意见法构建了产业集群竞争力评价指标体系,利用Matlab软件测算出各分指标的权重,将影响产业集群竞争力的各因素综合排序,对新疆两大黑色能源产业的竞争力进行测评,并对计算结果进行了分析和总结。结论表明:在新疆的黑色能源产业集群中,石油化工产业集群竞争力远强于煤炭产业集群竞争力。
