| 摘 要： | 将碳生产率划分为基于经济绩效的狭义碳生产率和基于福利绩效的广义碳生产率。通过情景分析,认为中国应采取"C模式"实现经济社会福利与二氧化碳排放脱钩发展。然而中国的现状与"C模式"的要求还相距甚远。为此,提出"两个转型"的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper divides carbon productivity to special carbon productivity based on economy performance and general carbon productivity based on welfare performance.Through scenario analysis,Pattern C is supposed to be chosen for China to realize the decoupling development between eco-social welfare and carbon dioxide emission.However,the status quo of China is far below the requirement of Pattern C.Thus,the suggestion of Two Transformation is put forward. |
