摘    要:小学教师要激活小学生的生命活力需要反思自己的工作状态,思考自身生命的价值。小学教师目前的工作状态呈现出一些有待消解的危机,他们在教育内外部压力的挤压之下,远没有体验到教师职业的内在尊严和欢乐,他们的幸福取决于外在的承认和给予,不重视在教育的过程中去体验为人师的愉悦。为此需要寻找提升教师生命质量的思路和对策。

Abstract:An elementary teacher needs to reflect his own working state and value when he wants to activate his pupils' vitality. Elementary teachers' current working and life conditions present some crises that are expected to solve. Under internal and external pressures of education they fail to experience their inner dignity and joy as teachers should have. Their happiness depends on outside acknowledgements and grants. We need to seek some new ideas and measures to promote teachers' life quality.
