| 摘 要： | 中国传统社会在向工业社会转型的过程中，近代儒商思想溶汇中西商业伦理的精华、对传统思想的超越，主要体现在三个方面：坚守诚信美德，注意制度运作；强调义利统一，坚持民族大“义”；厘清公私概念，平衡公益私利。本文从儒商思想与社会互动的角度，探讨近代儒商思想的嬗变；同时分析近代儒商思想因历史传统、制度文化的制约和依赖，表现出未能摆脱封建“官本位”思想、未能树立资本家的独立意识、未能得到广泛的社会响应等局限。
