教师教育转型期我国地方师范大学的发展策略

摘    要:教师教育转型主要体现在教师教育的开放化、高层次化、专业化和一体化等方面。当前地方师范大学要良性发展就必须充分认识教师教育的这些转型特点并确定自己的发展策略。文章结合四川师范大学的实践与探索提出转型期地方师范大学的发展策略为:树立教师教育理念,科学定位;加强教育学科建设,突出教师教育特点;整合校内教育资源,推进教师教育一体化进程;创新人才培养模式,着力打造新型师资;加强教师职前职后教育的良性互动,促进教师专业成长。

Abstract:The change from Normal-education to Teacher-education embodies the following aspects:the opening of Teacher-education,the high-level development of Teacher-education structure,the specialization of Teacher-education,the unification of Teacher-education and so on.Now,all local normal universities must understand the above-mentioned characteristics fully and determine the development strategies if they are planed to develop well.This paper puts forward five development strategies for local normal universities on the basis of analysing the reform of Sichuan Normal University.
