| 摘 要： | 经济增长由粗放型转化为集约型，由速度型车化为效益型，是经济发展的必然要求，经济发展不仅存在速度问题，还有比例，结构，质量，效益等问题，积极探索产业结构的调整方向，研究产业结构优化的对策，是实现经济增长方式转变的客观要求。

| Abstract: | Economic growth has changed from being extensive to being intensi ve,from being speedy to being beneficial,and this is the inevitable demand of economic development,Economic development involves not only the question of speed,but also the question of proportion,structure,quality,benefit and so on.It's the objective demand of realizing the change of the economic growth pattern that we take an active part in studying ways of adjusting the direction of industry structure and measures to optimize the industry struture. |
