摘    要:在新工科人才培养计划中,创新实践能力的培养已经成为高校工程专业的根本要求和人才培养的重要组成方面,以培养学生的创新实践能力为目标,以材料类本科生作为研究对象,在导师制的执行过程中,以导师的科研项目为载体,引导研究对象全程参与研究项目,通过分级管理、阶段推进的方式,培养学生的实践动手能力与创新思维,提高学生的创新实践能力,探索一条适应新工科综合性创新人才的培养模式,适应新经济的发展。

Discussion on the Cultivation of Innovative and Practical Talents under the Guidance of the Scientific Research Project of Engineering Program during Tutorial System

Abstract:In the training plan of new engineering talents,the cultivation of innovative and practical ability has become a basic requirement for engineering majors and an important aspect of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.In order to develop innovative and practical ability,the undergraduates majoring in materials are selected as the research objects and tutors'research projects as the carrier,the undergraduates participate in research projects and conduct them throughout the process of tutorial system.By means of hierarchical management and phased promotion,the method aims to cultivate and improve the practical ability and innovative thinking of undergraduates,exploring a training mode for comprehensive innovative talents which adapts to the new engineering and the development of new economy.
