| 摘 要： | 在大数据时代的全面育人视角下,高校人力资源管理专业毕业生的胜任力培养具有重要意义。本研究基于福建省A大学三个人力资源管理专业毕业生的典型案例分析,对其胜任力的培养情况进行了梳理,最终得出研究结论和启示:发挥多主体作用,提升毕业生知识类胜任力;采用多种方式,提高毕业生技能类胜任力;开拓多种手段,培养毕业生人格类胜任力。

A Typical Case Study on the Competence of Human Resource Management Graduates from the Perspective of Comprehensive Education |

| Abstract: | In the era of big data and from the perspective of comprehensive education,it is of great significance to cultivate the competence of graduates majoring in human resource management.Based on the analysis of three typical cases of graduates of human resource management major from Fujian A University,this study combs the cultivation of their competency,and finally comes to the conclusion and enlightenment of the study:to play a multi-agent role,to improve the knowledge competency of graduates;to use a variety of ways to improve the skills competency of graduates;to develop a variety of means to cultivate the personality competency of graduates. |
