| 摘 要： | 加强高校学风建设对推动高校建设发展、培养社会所需人才具有重要的现实意义。立德树人作为新时期党和国家人才培养的核心教育理念,对于现阶段加强高校学风建设实践具有纲领性和方向性的指导意义。落实立德树人根本任务是加强学风建设的最终目标和导向;加强学风建设要以立德树人的理念为纲领、为指导。因此,探寻立德树人理念指导下高校学风建设的路径,是当前形势下提高高校人才培养质量的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities has important practical significance for promoting the construction and development of colleges and universities and cultivating the talents needed by the society.As a core educational concept for the cultivation of talents of the Party and the State in the new era,enhancing morality and fostering talents has the guiding significance for strengthening the practice of constructing the style of study in colleges and universities.The fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents is the ultimate goal and orientation of strengthening the construction of the style of study,while strengthening the construction of the style of study should be guided by enhancing morality and fostering talents.Therefore,to explore the path of the construction of the style of study under the guidance of enhancing morality and fostering talents is an important guarantee for improving the quality of talent training in colleges and universities under the current situation. |
