| 摘 要： | 在新形势下,人才培养模式发生了改变,普通高职院校传统的人才培养模式已经难以满足如今的社会需求。当前,高职院校要想取得良好的人才培养成效,就必须在原有的人才培养基础上进行改革和创新,实现校企合作一体化的人才培养模式。基于此,本文简要分析了有关学徒制的主要内容,随后从三个方面阐述有效实行现代学徒制校企合作一体化的基本策略,以供相关人士参考。

| Abstract: | Under today's new situation,the talent training model has changed in the new era.It has been difficult for the traditional talent training model of ordinary higher vocational colleges to meet today's social needs.The times are not stagnant.In today's severe situation,if higher vocational colleges want to achieve good results in talent training,they must reform on the basis of the original talent training and have innovative ideas in order to achieve school-enterprise cooperative integrated talent training model.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the main content of the apprenticeship system,and then introduces the basic strategies for the effective implementation of the school-enterprise cooperative integrated training based on modern apprenticeship from three aspects,so as to provide reference for relevant researchers. |
