高职院校创业教育课程设置问题与对策

摘    要:在“大众创业,万众创新”背景下,大学生创业教育的地位越来越重要。高职创业教育课程作为创业教育的核心要素,虽然取得了一些进展,但起步晚、底子薄,还存在很多问题。本文首先对广东省12所高职院校进行调研,通过问卷调查和访谈调查,就高职院校创业教育课程设置存在的问题进行分析,同时借鉴美国创业教育的发展经验,从特色课程设置、高素质创业师资、教学方式和政府扶持四个方面提出对策和建议,以期推动我国高职院校创业课程设置水平的提升,推动创业教育的健康发展。

Problems and Countermeasures of Entrepreneurship Education Curriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:In the context of"mass entrepreneurship,innovation by all",undergraduate entrepreneurship education is becoming more and more important.As a core element of entrepreneurship education,higher vocational entrepreneurship education courses have made some progress,but have a late start and a weak foundation.This article first investigates 12 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province,analyzes the existing problems of entrepreneurship education curriculum in higher vocational colleges through questionnaires and interviews,and draws on the development experience of entrepreneurship education in the United States.High-quality entrepreneurial teachers,teaching methods and government support are put forward in four aspects to countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to promoting the improvement of the level of entrepreneurship courses in higher vocational colleges and the healthy development of entrepreneurship education.
