| 摘 要： | 目的/意义]旨在为图书馆知识服务转型提供参考。方法/过程]跟踪CAS的产品更迭、需求定位、标引特色、检索功能、学术合作等方面,分析CAS服务演进与图书馆知识服务转型的关联。结果/讨论]结合上海图书馆利用CAS产品开展知识服务的实践情况,从馆藏资源布局、人才培养、知识服务模式设计、图书馆增值服务四个方面探索图书馆知识服务转型发展的新思路。

| Abstract: | Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for transformation of library knowledge service.Method/process]The paper follows the tracks of CAS product changing, demand orientation, indexing features, retrieval function, academic cooperation and so on, and analyzes the correlation between the evolution of CAS service and the transformation of library knowledge serviceResult/conclusion]In view of the practice of using CAS products to carry out knowledge service in Shanghai Library, new ideas in transformation and development of library knowledge service are explored in four aspects: collection resources layout, talent cultivation, design of knowledge service mode and value-added service in library. |
