| 摘 要： | 当前，大学生就业形势严峻，反映出人才结构与企业需求不相匹配的问题。从企业对大学生素质要求的变化出发，探讨了高校思想政治教育工作机制改革的必要性，提出高校德育要从三个层面着手，重视“软文化”与“硬制度”的建设，把“授业”和“育人”有机结合起来，以培养符合企业需求的人才。

| Abstract: | The situation of college students＇ employment is severe at present, so the poor match of the types of talents and demands of enterprises reflecting in the employment puts forward a new thought to the college moral education. Based on the change of demands of enterprises for college students, this article discusses the necessity of reform of ideological and political education in colleges, and sets forth the following idea： The college ideological and political education should begin with three aspects and focus on the construction of ＂soft culture＂ with ＂hard system＂, and combine the ＂teaching＂ with ＂education＂ effectively to train the talents to meet the requirements of enterprises.. |
