| 摘 要： | 本文结合十七大报告的学习,针对目前我国特殊教育亟待解决的问题,重新界定了特殊教育的对象,分析目前我国有特殊需要教育对象接受教育的状况,认为应加快完善我国特殊教育的体系,加强特殊教育教师专业化的建设力度,此外还必须重视特殊儿童的家长教育和舆论的正面宣传。

| Abstract: | By learning materials of the 17th Congress of CPC,and facing some problems which greatly need solving on China's special education,special educational objects are redefined and the situation of receiving special education for children with special needs is analyzed.Special education system should be bettered.Special education teachers' professionalized development should be strengthened.Special children's parents' education must be paid attention to in China. |
