| 摘 要： | 诚信原则是民商法中的重要原则,保险法也不例外。我国的保险法明确规定了这一原则。最大诚信原则是对保险当事人双方的要求。它弥补了因保险法本身的偶然性及射幸性等因素带来的道德风险问题,对维护保险市场的稳定有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The principle of honesty and good faith is of importance in the civil law and the commercial law,there is no exception to the insurance law.There are definite provisions for this principle in our insurance law.This principle is an elemental requirement for the parties in the insurance contract.It helps to eliminate the moral hazard that exists because of the uncertainty and the lottery nature in insurance activities.The principle has great effect on keeping the market secure. |
