| 摘 要： | 供应链金融将中小企业置于供应链的大背景下综合考虑,弱化了对供应链节点上的企业本身的限制。供应链金融造就了当代企业之间的竞争是供应链的竞争,不仅仅是供应链中的核心企业之间的竞争,而是整条供应链协作状况的竞争,其中商业银行在其中充当了重要角色。分析了我国商业银行供应链金融业务中的主要风险,探讨了我国商业银行供应链金融风险管理中存在的问题,并提出了针对性的风险控制对策。

| Abstract: | Supply chain finance to SMEs in the backdrop of the supply chain into account,to weaken the restrictions on the nodes of the supply chain.Supply Chain Finance has created a competition between the contemporary enterprise supply chain competition,the competition between the core enterprise is not just the supply chain,but the entire supply chain collaboration in competition,in which commercial banks which act as important role.This paper analyzes the main risks in the financial business of the supply chain of China’s commercial banks to explore the problems in the supply chain and financial risk management in commercial banks in China,and based on the targeted risk control countermeasures. |
