| 摘 要： | 学位论文是衡量研究生素质的最重要标志。当前研究生论文质量下降主要是由于招生规模扩张速度太快、师生比例不合理、用人单位不看重论文质量,及毕业论文把关不严、淘汰率低造成的。因此,提高研究生论文质量需要从把好进门关、培养科研能力、增强导师指导力度、充分利用各种学术研讨会的作用和采取“严进严出”政策等方面采取针对性的对策。

| Abstract: | With the development of higher education and more enrollments of graduate candidates,how to ensure the quality of theses is one of serious problems for universities.This paper discusses several factors,which influence the quality of theses.Moreover,some suggestions are provided to improve the quality of theses. |
