健康儿童膝关节屈伸肌力的等速测试研究

摘    要:采用实验法对58名健康儿童进行膝关节屈伸肌测试。等速测试采用了3种测试速度。结果表明:3种不同测试速度中,在低速测试中峰力矩值最大,高速测试中峰力矩值最小,儿子童膝关节峰值力矩下降趋势与成年人一致。左右侧峰值力矩比较结果与成人相反,左侧大于右侧。屈伸峰值力矩的比例F/E>0.7,与国内外对成人的研究不一致,与优秀运动员比值相一致。男女儿童低速和中速的测试中没有性别差异,高速测试中有显著性差异。

Abstract:This paper intends to do a research on 58 healthy boys and gils who are selected atrandom. The result shows that: The PT at the lowspeed is the highest. But at the highspeed is thelowest. The result is the same as adults. The comparison between left and right peak torque is justopposite to adults: The left one is them the right one. The result ratio of extension and flexion's peaktorque is F/E>0.7 in a large range. That is different from the oversea study result on adult, but it is thesame with the excellent athletes. The study also shows that there exists no difference between boysand girls in the test at lowspeed and mediumspeed . The significance is distinguished only athighspeed.
