| 摘 要： | 投资基金全能化以资本流动、增长周期等理论为依据，着眼于在低风险下通过多元混合投资获得高额稳定收益。在世界金融业混业经营大趋势下，打破目前我国投资基金专营形式，实现投资基金业务多元化，建立全能型投资基金已成必然。
