| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献研究法阐述台湾地区乡镇图书馆近一个世纪的发展历程,通过分析台湾公共图书馆统计系统中2012—2019年的数据,指出台湾地区乡镇图书馆存在经费增长乏力、人力资源紧缺、服务效能有待提高等问题,提出应探索民间众筹模式、总分馆模式及本土化发展模式来突破乡镇图书馆的发展瓶颈。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the development process of rural libraries in Taiwan Province in the past century by using the method of literature research,reveals its development status by analyzing the statistical data from 2012 to 2019 in the statistical system of public libraries in Taiwan Province,and points out that there are weak problems in the development of rural libraries in Taiwan,such as the lack of funds,the shortage of human resources,and the need to improve the service efficiency.It is proposed that the private crowdfunding model,the general and branch library model and the localized development model should be explored to break through the development bottleneck of the rural libraries. |
