摘    要:高校扩招使毕业生人数逐年递增,激烈的人才市场竞争,促使大学毕业生就业价值观发生变化,多渠道与多形式就业逐渐凸显。不可否认,高校依然面临提升大学生就业竞争力,培养大学生创新创业能力,提高毕业生就业率问题。结合当前人才市场需求,分析高校就业指导课程存在短板,提出改善教学模式、提高教学成效和建设“全程化、精准化”的就业指导课程体系举措。

Study on Teaching Reform of Employment Guidance Course Based on Employment-value Orientation Transition

Abstract:It is obvious that the expansion of college enrollment makes the number of graduates increase constantly.There is no doubt that the fierce competition in the talent market also stimulates the change of college graduates'employment values.Multichannel and multilayer employment has gradually become prominent.Therefore,it is essential to enhance college students'employment competitiveness,cultivate their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and raise employment rate.The paper tries to analyze the shortcomings of the employment guidance course and expound how to carry out the course reform.Finally,it recommends some countermeasures to improve teaching model,optimize the teaching effect,and build a complete and precise employment guidance course system.
