| 摘 要： | 档案价值与档案价值实现一直是档案学界研究的热点问题,在“互联网+”时代,档案传统价值和价值实现方式受到了冲击与挑战,互联网的飞速发展使得档案价值有了新的体现和诠释,并随着互联网的不断发展而进行正态演变,如何在新时代将档案价值进行充分的利用,体现档案在新时代的价值,需要从方法论角度进行深刻探讨。

| Abstract: | It is obvious that the archival value and its value realization have always been a hot topic in the field of archives.There is no doubt that in the era of"Internet plus initiative",the archives'values and its realizations are faced with impact and challenge.Clearly,the archives'values have new characteristics and annotations.Furthermore,with the continuous development of the Internet,the archives'values may evolve rapidly.Thus,it is necessary to conduct a profound argument from the perspective of methodologies on how to achieve the maximum values of archivesin the new era. |
