| 摘 要： | 智媒体时代背景下,以人工智能为代表的新技术应用创设了万物为媒的服务情境,为公共文化服务创新提供了新的视角。文章从用户体验出发,结合人工智能等新技术构建智媒体时代公共文化服务蓝图,结合新技术进行用户画像、资源建设、服务交互、信息设计和感知体验等公共文化服务蓝图智慧支持设计,结合智媒体时代发展分析公共文化服务设计的发展方向,旨在通过智慧化、智能化、智库化的用户体验促进现代公共文化服务理论创新与实践发展。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the era of intelligent media,the application of new technologies represented by artificial intelligence creates the service context of everything as medium,providing a new perspective for the innovation of public cultural service.It embarks from the user experience,combined with new technologies,such as artificial intelligence to build intellectual media era of public cultural service blueprint,combined with the new technology for wisdom support design of public cultural service blueprint such as user portrait,resources construction,service interactions,information design and perception experience,etc.,combined with wisdom media era to analyze the development direction of public cultural service design.It aims to promote the theoretical innovation and practical development of modern public cultural service through intelligent,smart and think tank user experience. |
