| 摘 要： | "十二五"期间,安徽高职院校的发展范式将由量的增长转变为质的提升,走内涵式发展道路。这对高职院校的和谐校园建设提出了新的要求。高职院校搞好和谐校园建设要建立有效的利益协调与激励机制,处理好多元群体之间的利益关系;要处理好规模不断扩大与资源相对紧缺之间的矛盾;要处理好文化建设与专业建设之间的关系;要融入区域社会经济发展中去,以智力贡献换取地方的支持;要着眼于发展,用发展的办法解决问题。

| Abstract: | During the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period,the development mode of vocational colleges in Anhui has changed into the improvement of quality from the increase of the quantity by taking the new mode of intensive development.It imposes new requirements for the construction of harmonious vocational college campuses.To construct harmonious vocational college campuses,effective interest coordinating and motivating mechanism should be established to deal with the relation between different groups,the contradiction of expanding scale and comparative resource shortage should be solved,the development of campus culture and majors should be regulated.The campus construction should integrate into the economic development of the local society to exchange knowledge for the support of the local government and should focus on the campus development and solve the problems by means of development. |
