| 摘 要： | 正处于转型期的中国,贪污贿赂犯罪数量逐年飙升已成为社会健康发展的一大毒瘤,其严重危及社会的稳定与业已建立的各项协调运行机制,毒害了那些廉洁为公的公职人员之心.本文运用默顿的紧张理论来分析贪污贿赂犯罪的心理成因--国家公职人员因不能通过合法途径(合法工资收入)达到社会大众文化所界定的成功目标(物质财富的极大丰富)而产生紧张情绪,而贪污贿赂犯罪正是这种无以化解的紧张的产物.
