| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,问卷调查法,专家访谈法,数理统计法,就目前CBA职业篮球联赛实行的外援选秀和限薪制度进行了分析和探讨。提出该制度在选秀范围,制定的薪水标准以及具体实施效果等方面存在的一些不足,并提出相应建议,希望能为CBA的外援引进和管理工作提供点参考。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentary,questionary and mathematical statistic Interview experts.Through the analyzing and studying of the importing foreign players and management of CBA,this paper summarizes out the context of the policies produce of the positive effect it produced,and analyzed some defects about new players selection and salary selection related to new talant selection,criterions of salary,effect of implementation.At the same time,it works out the related development countermeasures.At last,this paper aims at providing some theoretical inspirations of import and management of foreign players. |
