| 摘 要： | 通过全国体育专业《运动营养学》（高教版2006）统编教材的使用和与国内外同类教材的分析对比，结果显示：全国体育专业《运动营养学》（高教版2006）统编教材符合教育部新颁发的《全国普通高等学校体育教育专业学科课程方案》的要求，内容较丰富、资料较新颖，基本反映了当前运动营养学的新知识和研究进展。可作为高校体育专业本科学生的必修课或选修课教材。但是，教材中“第3章营养与健身运动”的内容与“第7章运动员的营养需要特点”的内容基本重复，略显拖沓。而且，未能论及健身运动与竞技运动二者对营养要求的共性与各自特点，并以区分，这是本教材的不足之处。建议：作为一部有较高代表性的统编、通用教材，选择的知识内容应丰富多彩、呈现一定的层次结构，并以不同字号区别编排，为使用者提供自由选择的空间。在关于体力活动、营养与慢性疾病的章节中对干预慢性疾病的运动处方和营养处方增加有关实例分析，并增加适当篇幅介绍食品安全与营养的内容，以及适当增加启发性、培养学生创造性思维的知识内容。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the text book of sport nutrition （2006 edition） by high education publishing house, and comparing it with the text book of sport nutrition abroad, this paper finds out that the text book of sport nutrition （2006 edition） by high education publishing house conformed to ＂program on subjects of physical education in general university of China, as set up by Ministry of Education of the People＇ s Republic of China. It is information from newly progress in research and investigation on sport nutrition. The content of chapter 3 in this book is very abundant and advanced. It is suitable for students to major in and minor in. It suggests that the content of this book must be enriched and chose freely to fit for sports of students and should be set up some examples in physical activity, nutrition and chronic diseases and should be set up materials in food safety and nutrition and the text book facilitated to train up innovated abilities of students. |
