| 摘 要： | 罗斯福“新政”是20世纪美国历史上的重大事件,它对美国乃至整个世界都具有深远的影响。本文通过考察罗斯福“新政”提出的历史背景、所采取的主要措施、经历的发展阶段及产生的后果等等,对罗斯福“新政”的实质作一简要的剖析,并对其历史作用进行客观的评价。
