| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国高等教育创新的产物,探索适应社会需要的应用型人才培养模式成为其当前首要解决的问题。结合现状,分析在人才培养中遇到的问题,并提出独立学院建设特色化的应用型人才培养模式相应的对策建议。
