| 摘 要： | 当前突发事件网上舆论的发展演变与“两新”人员、媒体工作者、社会闲杂人员、网络公关群体以及高校学生等几大网络群体关系密切。因而要重视网上舆论发展趋势中存在的若干最新走向，关注几类网络新技术对网上舆论传播速度、影响深度与传播广度的影响。对此，我们在网上舆论预警、引导和利用网络新技术等方面提出相关对策。 |
