| 摘 要： | “先进文化论”是“三个代表”重要思想的组成部分．是对邓小平中国特色社会主义文化建设理论的继承和发展。“先进文化论”继承了文化的人民性理念．更强调文化先进性．强调文化建设要以“促进人的全面发展”为目标，以弘扬和培养民族精神为主要任务，通过大力发展文化产业，开发文化的生产力，不断提高综舍国力竞争力。

| Abstract: | "The advanced culture theory",included in the "Three Representative Theory",is the inheritance and development of Deng Xiaoping's view of the socialism culture construction."The advanced culture theory" has inherited the idea of people's culture.Moreover,it emphasizes on the advancement of culture.It also emphasizes that the culture aims to accelerate people's overall development and to foster national spirit.Therefore,the national comprehensive strength can be gradually improved through the great development of culture industry and the exploitation of culture productivity. |
