中日美大学图书馆服务质量读者评价比较研究

摘    要:应用LibQUAL+TM对我国部分图书馆服务质量进行评价调查,结合ARL和日本三所大学的调查结果,比较中日美三国图书馆服务质量状况及不同文化背景下读者对大学图书馆服务质量评价结果的差异,给出我国图书馆服务质量改进方向。最后提出我国图书馆进行基于LibQUAL+TM的服务质量评价的实施方案的建议。

Abstract:This paper carries out a readers survey on service quality evaluation of some university libraries in China basing on LibQUAL+TM , then, Combining the research results of ARL and three university libraries in Japan, compares the different of service quality evaluation results between China,America and Japan, points out the way of improving library service quality in China, finally, some suggestions of the implement scheme of service quality evaluation based on LibQUAL+TM is given.
