| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法及教学实践,阐明以攻防意识贯穿于整个武术套路教学之中,可以改变学生对武术的片面认识、提高学生的学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛,加强对动作的记忆和掌握、培养学生的合作精神。并指出,攻防意识贯穿武术套路教学的关键是:①注意攻防意识培养的同时,应加强学生武术套路内核的演练。②讲解攻防意识时应注意对学生进行武德教育。

| Abstract: | This paper is to analyze the awareness of offence and defense in the teaching of wushu routine.By way of literature review and the practice of teaching,the author finds that the awareness of offence and defense could be made good use of in changing students' one-sided view of wushu,enhancing their interest in wushu learning,activating classroom atmosphere,strengthening students' operation of wushu as well as cultivating their team spirit.The author also points out that the key points of the teaching are: 1.to further practice the kernel of wushu routine while emphasizing the importance of awareness of offence and defense;2.to carry out moral education while teaching. |
