| 摘 要： | 文章从高等职业教育外语教学的特点出发，探讨了高等职业教育对外语师资的特殊要求，对当前高职院校外语师资队伍的状况进行了较详细的分析，在此基础上提出了加强高职外语师资队伍建设的若干建议。
