| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析科研人员使用机构知识库的激励因素,提出了基于WSR理论的科研人员使用机构知识库的激励机制的框架,该框架从知识、环境、员工3个维度构建了激励机制的运行空间,并探讨了不同环境下的激励组合。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the factors that stimulate the scientific research personnel to use institutional repositories,this paper proposes a framework of incentive mechanism for scientific research personnel to use institutional repositories based on Wuli Shli-Renli(WSR) theory.The framework constructs the operating space of the incentive mechanism from 3 dimensions,namely,knowledge,environment and personnel.The paper also discusses the incentive combination in the different environment. |
