| 摘 要： | 地方特色数据库建设是目前公共图书馆数字资源建设的核心,基于地方历史文化的特性,其选题在一定程度上决定着数据库建设的实际成效。本文针对选题方面易出现的问题,从选题重点、建库类型、选题原则三个方面,阐述公共图书馆地方特色专题数据库建设应重点突出地方文化特色和地方文献特色,选择适当的数据库类型,遵循小选题、成系列原则,科学性、先进性原则以及实用性原则。并以陕西地区为例,为相关数据库建设提供参考。

| Abstract: | The construction of local specialized database is currently the core of construction of the digital resources of public library.Based on the characteristics of local history and culture,the topic selection to some extent is the key to achieving actual effectiveness in database construction.In hope to solve the common problems arisen in subject selection and provide references to the relevant database construction work,the author takes Shaanxi Province as an example and explains from three respects-the emphases in subject selection,the type of database,and the principles of subject selection-that the public library should highlight the characteristics of local culture and local articles in constructing local specialized database,select an appropriate type of database,and follow the small topic principle,the series principle,and the principle of scientific,advanced and practical. |
