| 摘 要： | 在创新与成本的制度博弈中,能否有效实现知识的转移与整合,将成为决定高科技企业竞争成败的关键因素。本研究选取武汉市邮电科学研究院作为研究对象,通过调查问卷和访谈的方式总结分析了阻碍企业知识转移的主要因子,并针对性地提出了突破阻碍因子的对策措施,以期对邮科院本身和其他与邮科院具有相似特征的国有高科技企业有所启迪。

| Abstract: | In the institution game of innovation and cost,effectively realizing the transfer and integration of knowledge is the key factor that decides the result of competition in high-tech enterprises.The study selected Wuhan Research Institute of Posts and Telecommunications(WRI) as the research object,analyzed the main barriers of enterprise knowledge transfer by the way of questionnaire and interviews,and put forward breakthrough countermeasures to these barrier factors,the findings may enlighten WRI itself and the other high-tech SOEs having similar characteristics. |
