网络时代信息资源传播对科技产出的贡献研究

摘    要:选取R&D经费、R&D人员全时当量、信息资源作为投入变量,论文、专利、技术市场成交额等7个科技产出指标经TOPSIS评价后作为产出变量,基于面板数据和生产函数研究信息资源对科技产出的贡献。结果表明,信息资源对科技产出的贡献最大,R&D经费对科技产出的影响其次,而研发人员全时当量对科技产出无影响。西部地区和东部地区信息资源对科技产出贡献的弹性系数较小,中部地区信息资源贡献的弹性较大。

Abstract:The article selects R&D funds,R&D staff full time equivalent,information resource as input variables,and selects papers,patents,technology market turnover and other 4 S&T output indexes,after being evaluated by TOPSIS method,as output variables.It calculates the contribution of information resource to S&T output based on the panel data and production function.The results show that the biggest contribution to S&T output is from information resource,R&D funds output is in the next place and R&D staff full time equivalent has no effect on S&T output.The elastic coefficient of information resource versus S&T output in w estern and eastern areas are both small,w hile the middle area has higher elasticity show ing a greater contribution to S&T output from information resource.
