| 摘 要： | 要提高大学生、尤其是高职高专院校学生的实训技能,为就业打好坚实的基础,高职高专院校就要进一步壮大"双师型"教师队伍;强化实习实训时间;加强实习实训手段的改革和管理,组建统一的、新型的、符合社会客观实际需要的实习实训基地,以期达到国家高级技工与技师的标准和要求。把高职高专生真正造就成为四化建设需要的、既有扎实的理论知识,又有娴熟的动手能力的建设者和接班人。

| Abstract: | Vocational colleges should increase the numbers of teachers who are good at both theory and practice in order to improve the practical skills of the students as a solid basis for their future job.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the time of practice,improve the means pf practice and set up new and practical bases to meet the national standard for a high-level technician,and to produce high quality graduates with knowledge and practical ability. |
