微格教学中教师角色扮演心理问题的分析与解决

摘    要:微格教学是师范生和在职教师掌握课堂教学技能的一种培训方法 是探索培养师范生课堂教学技能的新途径、新方法 然而 ,在微格教学训练中 ,发现教师角色扮演过程中有许多不良的心理反应 ,为了克服教师角色扮演中出现的心理问题 ,我们进行了分析和探讨 ,并实施了解决心理不良反应的策略、方法和步骤 它对搞好微格教学训练 ,提高师范生课堂教学技能 ,加快师范生自身的发展有着重要的指导意义

Abstract:Microteaching is not only a way to train students of normal schools and teachers in service to master skills of class teaching,but also a new approach to exploring how to train students of normal schools in the skills of class teaching.However,in the course of microteaching training, a lot of ill psychological reactions were found in teachers' role playing.In order to overcome these ill reactions,an analysis and exploration were made and then corresponding measures,approaches and steps to get rid of these ill psychological reactions were carried aout.Therefore,this article is of great significance in doing microteaching practice well,enhancing teachers' college students' class teaching techniques and speeding up teachers' college students' development.
