| 摘 要： | 由于我国城乡二元结构的影响，现行教育制度的制约、学校入学条件的限制以及学校教师和家长等方面的原因，城市中农民工子女受教育问题日益突出。农民工子女受教育是纳税人应有的权力，是公民应享受的权利，作为政府和社会，必须相互配合，保障公民受教育的权利，促进教育公平发展，社会繁荣进步。

| Abstract: | Because of the influence of structure of dualism in urban and rural areas in our country, the restriction of the educational system and various factors of teachers and parents, the problem of the migrant-rural labors' children receiving education is becoming more and more prominent. As taxpayers and citizens, they should have the rights to get their children educated. The government and society should cooperate in ensuring their rights and promote a fair development of education and social progress. |
