| 摘 要： | 《黑暗传》因其影响广泛而被湖北列为全省非物质文化遗产名单第一位,但却因名称理解和体裁认定等方面的争议,而被国家级非物质文化遗产名录两次排斥在外。花了很大气力进行申报、渴望享受国家相关政策以扭转濒危局面的主要传承地为此尴尬不已,新一轮的申报活动和当前的保护行动也都陷入左右为难的困局。《黑暗传》的重要价值无可否认,但要超越歧见进而达到保护遗产的目的,还需要价值观念的转变和思想认识的突破。

| Abstract: | Darkness, for its wide--spread influence, having been listed on the first place of Hubei Intangible Cultural Heritage List, while for the understanding of name and decision of genre, has been refused by China Intangible Cultural Heritage List. The people who had made great efforts to apply for state protection and support felt embarrassed, not know the next step in the new application and current protection. The important value of Darkness is universally understood, but to overcome the debate to achieve the heritage protection, we must have the change of value theory and the breakthrough in understanding of intangible cultural heritage. |
