| 摘 要： | 在我国应急体系构建过程中,教育考试突发事件应急预案建设已经成为重要的组成部分,不仅关系到教育考试机构应对突发事件的处理能力,而且关系到教育考试机构服务考生、服务社会水平的高低。因此,教育考试突发事件应急处理体制与机制顺畅与否,应急预案制定是否流于形式,执行是否通畅,是决定教育考试突发事件能否得到处理的关键。
