| 摘 要： | 分析了企业成长离不开人才支撑,明确指出了创建企业文化对吸引人才、提升人才素质以及增强企业竞争力的重要性。塑造企业文化必须做到统筹规划、全盘考虑;完善内容、突出特色;加强管理、注重实践;精心组织,务求实效。
