| Abstract: | In order to have a deep study about the doctors＇ collateral obligation in the medical contract, literature research is applied and it is suggested that special medical law be made or medical contract system included in the existing laws and regulations and judicial precedents be timely implemented for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. |
