| 摘 要： | 大学章程是现代大学制度的重要组成部分。中国大学章程可以追溯到书院学规之远,现代大学意义的大学章程开始于京师大学堂,直至现在。中国大学章程在历史演进过程中经历形态、功能价值等方面的变化。

| Abstract: | University statute is an important part of modern university system. University statutes in China can date back to the rules and regulations for learning prescribed by various academies of classical learning in ancient China. However, university statutes in the modern sense begin with the establishment of the Imperial University of Peking and survive to the present day. It is observed that in the historical process, there have been changes in the form, function or value of Chinese university statutes. |
