| 摘 要： | 党中央、国务院《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》对高等学校加强大学生思想政治教育工作队伍建设提出了更高的标准和要求,成为高等学校加强辅导员队伍建设、创新工作思路的方向和动力。加强辅导员队伍建设是做好大学生思想政治教育的基础和保证,也是维护高校稳定和确保大学生健康成长的关键。我们必须放开眼界,精心策划,突出重点,从全面提升辅导员队伍工作质量入手,积极构架辅导员队伍建设的新体系,不断开创大学生思想政治教育工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | Chinese Communist Party and the State Council have already issued some papers and official documents on strengthening college students' political education,so college headmasters' construction has been discussed and ordered to be practiced.We deeply feel based on years' of working experience that strengthening college headmasters' construction is the key to improve college students' political education and well-development.We have to broaden our minds and think carefully to improve their working quality in order to promote college students' political education. |
