摘    要:对从毛发中制备胱氨酸的酸度条件做了改进,用空白实验和对照实验提高了测量结果的准确度,并对胱氨酸析出的等电点、终点回蓝现象等作了讨论.

Abstract:The paper improved the acidity condition of producing cystine and discussed the Isoelectric Point of separating out of cystine, and also researched cystine content by chemical analysis, analyzed the phenomenon of end-point returning blue. In order to improve the accuracy of measurements, we did the blank experiments and compared the results.
