| Abstract: | The paper improved the acidity condition of producing cystine and discussed the Isoelectric Point of separating out of cystine, and also researched cystine content by chemical analysis, analyzed the phenomenon of end-point returning blue. In order to improve the accuracy of measurements, we did the blank experiments and compared the results. |
