| 摘 要： | 死刑作为一种刑罚制度,被人类适用几千年之后,人们开始对它的作用和存在提出质疑。目前,世界上存在着取消或限制死刑的趋势,我国政府表示,从长远来看也要废除死刑。但就目前形势而言,废除死刑还不现实,我国目前仍有保留死刑的必要。本文将通过对我国保留死刑必要性的分析,对如何完善我国现行死刑制度提出一些意见。

| Abstract: | Superstructure decision in certain economic foundation, death penalty is a kind of punishment system, quilt mankind thousands of suitable years after, people begin to put forward for it's role and existence to query. Now, on world,exist to cancel or restrict the tendency of death penalty, the government of our country shows,from longterm come to see will also abolish death penalty. But for present situation,it is still not realistic to abolish death penalty. Our country now still has the necessity of reservation death penalty. This paper will pass through the analysis for the reservation neces-sariness of our country of death penalty, as how to perfect the current system of our country of death penalty to mention somewhat,it is plain to know. |
